Cheap cost of nicer city!

Well Reykjavik and towns around should cooperate together in matters of making nice parks,streets,public areas in total.... If I look on towns here they are already good enough nice! In summer should be added more flowers for example on street lamps,make more concrete stands with flowers..Put more trees into streets...
